New stains
- Use rice water: When the rice is boiling, extract a little water, taking care to get the foam too. Use a soft cloth to absorb warm rice water, apply a layer on the surface of the induction cooker and infrared cooker. After a few minutes, the rice water will absorb all the grease, take out a cloth and wipe it clean, soak it in dishwashing liquid and wipe it again thoroughly.
- Lemon juice: Squeeze 1-2 lemons into a bowl. You should dilute it with warm water in a 1:1 ratio. Use a damp cloth to absorb this mixture and wipe it on the stove. Finally, use water to wipe again, the stove will be clean and shiny.

2/ For long-term stains
Long-standing stains
Some stains stuck to the glass such as candle wax and glue are often very difficult to clean, and cannot be used with cloth and detergent to make the stove shiny like new. Instead, people often use a knife to shave. You should use a specialized knife, the blade is not too sharp like a razor, used to scrape off dirty layers on the glass surface without leaving scratches. Be careful not to scrape with the edges of the knife, but place it horizontally, with the knife handle tilted 30-40 degrees relative to the stove to avoid scratching the stove surface.
3/ Tips to remove scratches on electric stove glass
When you accidentally scratch the glass, you can use baking soda mixed with water in a 3:1 ratio. Apply to the scratch and surrounding area, leave for 10 minutes, then use a soft towel or sponge to wipe in small circles until the scratch disappears.
4/ Notes during cleaning the induction cooker
Food left out for a long time will dry out and stick to the stove, making it difficult to clean. Therefore, after cooking, when the food and grease scattered on the stove top have not yet dried, you should clean the stove immediately. Note that for infrared stoves, the stovetop will still be hot after cooking food. You need to wait until the surface cools down completely before cleaning. With an induction stove, because the cooking surface is not hot, cleaning the stove is easier.
